Cancellation 60 Days or More Before Departure:
You will receive a 100% refund of the total amount paid, minus any non-recoverable costs (such as permits, park fees, or third-party bookings).
Cancellation Between 30 and 59 Days Before Departure: You will receive a 75% refund of the total amount paid, minus any non-recoverable costs.
Cancellation Between 15 and 29 Days Before Departure: You will receive a 50% refund of the total amount paid, minus any non-recoverable costs.
Cancellation Less Than 15 Days Before Departure: Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 15 days before your trip will be non-refundable. However, we will work with you to reschedule your trip at no additional cost (subject to availability).
We understand that life happens! If your plans change, you can reschedule your trip once without any penalty, as long as you notify us at least 14 days before your original departure date. This gives you flexibility while ensuring you don’t lose out on your adventure.
In the event of an emergency (such as a medical issue, flight cancellation, or family emergency), please reach out to us as soon as possible. While our standard cancellation policy applies, we will do our best to offer a partial refund or credit for future travel, depending on the circumstances. We are committed to treating each case with compassion and flexibility.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip from unforeseen events. Travel insurance can cover many non-refundable costs, including trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and flight delays, ensuring that you are fully protected.
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving your cancellation request. Please note that any fees incurred from third-party services (such as banks or payment platforms) will be deducted from the refund.
