When you book a safari, climb, or day tour with us, you can rest assured knowing that the price you see covers all the essentials for a seamless adventure. Here’s what’s included in your package price:

1. Accommodation

• Safari & Trekking Packages: Comfortable lodges, tented camps, or hotels depending on your itinerary and preferences.
• Day Tours: No overnight stay included, but rest stops and refreshment areas are provided.

2. Meals

• Safari & Climbing: All meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) during the tour or climb.
• Day Tours: Lunch or snacks as per the tour details.

3. Transport

• 4x4 safari vehicle with pop-up roof for game viewing.
• Professional driver-guide throughout the safari.
• Airport pick-up and drop-off (for multi-day packages).
• Transfers to and from the starting points for day tours or climbs.

4. Park and Conservation Fees

• All national park and conservation area entry fees, including game drives and crater fees where applicable.

5. Professional Guides

• Experienced and licensed safari guides for wildlife safaris.
• Certified mountain guides for trekking, ensuring your safety and well-being.

6. Camping Equipment (For Climbs and Budget Safaris)

• High-quality tents, sleeping bags, and mats for overnight camping.
• Porters to carry equipment during mountain climbs.

7. Drinking Water

• Bottled drinking water provided during safaris and tours.
• Filtered or boiled water on mountain treks.

8. Emergency Medical Evacuation

• Access to emergency evacuation services in case of illness or injury during the safari or trek.

What’s Not Included?

While we aim to provide as much as possible within our packages, certain items are not included to give you flexibility:

• International and domestic flights.
• Travel insurance (highly recommended).
• Visa fees.
• Personal expenses such as souvenirs, drinks at the lodge, tips, etc.
• Optional activities not mentioned in the itinerary.
